HOW IT WORKS

The DreamBuilder Path to Homeownership

Step 1

Participants find a home. You submit a DreamBuilder scenario (TBDs welcome).

Step 2

An FHA eligible entity purchases the property.

Step 3

Homebuyers enter a structured lease, builds equity, locks in pricing.

Step 4

Payments are made over time to lower the option-to-buy price & lock in rent.

Step 5

Participants have the option to assume the loan, execute a planned exit strategy, pay off and stay, or sell.
